As a birth doulas I provide emotional, physical, and educational support to expecting mothers or those who have recently given birth. Staying with the mother throughout labor and may perform home visits after the baby is born. Doulas offer encouragement, advice, and comfort to new mothers.
As a postpartum doula I am able to provides physical, emotional and informational support to a woman and her family during the postpartum period. This is night or day support and is individualized for each family.
As a lactation educator I provide one on one breastfeeding education to new mothers. Offering support when it comes to breastfeeding, milk supply, storing and pumping information.
